Anne is an urban planner with experience in long-range planning, public health, and public program administration. As the Director of Planning & Narrative Strategy at Grayscale, she leads high-impact development and planning work with public and private nonprofit clients across the US.
Anne brings her multi-disciplinary background in direct service, place-based advocacy, and state and local government to lead cross-sector partnerships and generate co-developed, actionable plans. She previously worked as the Director of Program Development with the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development, where she served as a leadership member of the award-winning, cross-agency COVID-19 Eviction Diversion Initiative. She received her Master in Urban Planning with Distinction and Master in Public Health at Harvard University.
